We all have our own bathroom and shower habits we routinely follow. Each person may have different practices which work for them. Some habits are passed on, maybe your parents influenced you. Some are learned either through trial and error, or through television, radio, magazines, and so on. But there are some shower habits that are actually not good for us. The worst part is that we may not be aware of them. “Old habits die hard,” as the saying goes, but you should realize that some nasty habits should be changed for your total well-being.
